We were first introduced to Autumn and her fiancé, Steven, at Rembrandt Yard’s Boulder Wedding Showcase. Autumn is a school teacher, and the couple moved here together from out of state. From our first introduction, we were pleased to photograph their charming wedding that took place in Boulder, Colorado. Starting at the Millennium Harvest House and progressing to a lovely ceremony at Sunrise Circle amphitheater, then finishing with a beautiful reception at Boulder Cork, their big day was filled with smiles and adoration from friends and family. Autumn’s close friend helped with both the reception and ceremony details, as well as providing a heartfelt toast to the couple. Both her and Steven’s best man were integral in demonstrating the love and devotion that all of their guests held for them, showcased through their kind words and hard work put into the pair’s special day.
During their ceremony, they were officiated by Scot Sanders of Wedlock Officiants, and he provided not only a heart warming ceremony for the couple, but a professional experience from a photographer’s standpoint. The couple planted a Boxwood bonsai tree to represent the new life they had begun together that day. Steven also gave Autumn a beautiful bracelet to wear for the ceremony, he had purchased it on a recent trip to Europe, and surprised her the day of their wedding.
After their ceremony, we were able to find some stunning views of the Colorado mountains in which to showcase the intimacy of the newlyweds. During this time, a John Denver impersonator strummed a spontaneous serenade to the pair, adding an extra layer of magic to an already enchanting display of devotion and beauty. It was a day of elegance, charm, and above all, love.
