It’s always a joy to see couples go from excited fiances to devoted newlyweds. We met Brittany and James at a bridal show, and it has been a privilege to see them transition from planning a wedding to participating in the culmination of their efforts on the big day. Their wedding style was classic and charming, and emanated a regal atmosphere that was amplified by the breathtaking autumn colors of late October.
Brittany and James are special in the way that their love is obvious to anyone who sees it. Their ceremony was emotional and powerful, and tears of joy were apparent in more than one face. When they shared their first kiss, the passion showcased between them was unmistakable, and brought with it hope and strength for their future. Throughout the experience of photographing the couple, they continuously showed their deep love in their intimate moments with one another.
Not only do Brittany and James show love for each other, but for their family and friends as well. Their mutual friend officiated their ceremony, and the junior bridesmaid, flower girl and ring bearer were all nieces and nephews of the groom. James’ aunt and grandmothers helped him with his boutonniere and tie before the ceremony, and both Brittany and James carried charms with pictures of loved ones who had passed. James placed his on his boutonniere, and Brittany on her bouquet, allowing them to carry them in their heart and in their hands as and they walked down the aisle. With a wedding bursting at the seams with love and affection, Brittany and James’ big day is only one of the many adventures left to come.
