Beneath a dramatic sea of puffy white clouds, Kristin and Leo were wed at the Iverness Hotel in Englewood, Colorado. Their wedding colors, pink and champagne, played beautifully against the greenery of the golf course, and the weather brought their images to a whole new level. Kristin chose Iverness because of the arched trellis pathway featured in their post ceremony shots; her personal connection made the pictures come to life even more. By only inviting their closest friends and family, their wedding was intimate and personal, and posed as a private celebration of their deep love.
The hotel not only catered the food for the reception, but provided their cake as well. The reception was held entirely outside, under a beautifully lit tent, as the sun began to sun on the golf course. Kristin and Leo utilized Heirloomsnaps’ photo booth, so their guests were able to use our props to gather with friends and family and have their picture taken. Guests were provided with their own copy of the pictures, as well as a copy to paste into a guestbook, where they could give the couple their best wishes. Kristin and Leo took a moment to use the photo booth themselves, and showcased their humorous personalities while posing in silly positions in between smooches.
As a couple, Kristin and Leo had warm and fun personalities that made shooting them a blast. The groomsmen enjoyed posing as James Bond during their portraits, and the couple both had a pair of novelty sunglasses saying “Bride” and “Groom”. The hotel and staff were accommodating and helpful to the photography crew, and did all they could to make sure Kristin and Leo’s big day went well, and remained one of the most memorable days of their lives. After the sun had long gone, Kristin and Leo departed for their honeymoon, and their new life together as man and wife.
