We captured Melanie and Vince say “I Do” in a gorgeous waterfront backyard of  Vince’s grandmother. We were lucky enough to capture their engagement photos also, in Boulder. Their wedding details were full of fun socks, sunflowers, and the couple’s favorite drinks to help keep everyone cool.  The DJ, Dylan Faflick at DJ Connection, kept the cocktail hour going with a good mix of music from different genres and time eras. James Dean’s That’s Amore was a photographer favorite. We went out to the front yard for family photos and back out to the dock for a quick sunset shot, the sky was so wonderful.

Melanie and Vince met on Tinder and were so happy to be with one another the whole day; they were a joy to work with. Their love was so sweet and kind that always carried an element of humor with it. These two very obviously go so well together, they compliment each other,  and even as photographers’ it was easy to see that aspect of their relationship.

The venue, the details, their love: Homegrown.
