The first start of Spring greeted this catholic-Vietnamese wedding. Both couples got ready off location. The bride’s entourage include a maid of honor who doubled as a makeup artist and specialized in updo’s.
Taking time to embrace the “B” team, the ladies toasted with champagne backed with balloons and lots of laughs. A classic portrait of the bride before Mrs. was taken on a staircase using only natural light by Heirloomsnaps.
The couple chose to greeted each other with a first look before mass at the Immaculata Heart of Mary The venue’s architectural hall and stairway framed group photos for interest. And the ring bears and flowers girls added to the anticipation of the ceremony.
The couple opted for a full mass and communion which included a offering of flowers to the statue of Mary. After the ceremony the bride and groom changed into a red áo dài to great guests after the ceremony.
Not able able to have their initial planned tea ceremony the couple wanted to incorporate their culture into their wedding day. They opted for a lion and dragon dance for guests to enjoy before leaving to the reception.
As the guests arrived for dinner at Savory Vietnam, everyone was pampered to a photo opt with the newlyweds. The photo backdrop was dressed with a gold and white balloon arch including flower arrangements from the church ceremony of white gladiolas and hydrangeas. Guests were once again pampered with a 8 course meal
Off location newlywed portraits where photographed at near by lake front park Hudson Park .
