Centennial Gardens

The five-acre lot at Centennial Gardens is home to a number of local, drought tolerant Colorado plant species stylized with inspiration from the Garden of Versailles. Much lesser known than the Denver Botanic Garden, Centennial Gardens is often a quiet, serene space for couples. Located off of the South Platte River Trail, the garden borders Elitch’s. The landscaped, waterfront park features walking paths, fountains, and beautiful florals. Centennial Garden’s is Denver’s hidden gem for an urban, yet serene engagement session.
Confluence Park

Confluence Park is located between Centennial Gardens and Commons Park in Lower Downtown Denver. Often filled with kayakers, the urban park is the position where Cherry Creek converges with South Platte River. With panoramic views of Denver, Confluence Park is a charming location in the city with a collection of bridges and riverside trails. The park is a 10 minute walk to Little Man Ice Cream, Denver’s famous milk-jug shaped shop with unique flavors of homemade ice cream. Confluence Park is an ideal location for an urban engagement shoot in Denver.
Denver Botanic Gardens

The Denver Botanic Gardens is a public botanical garden located in the Cheesman Park neighborhood of Denver. The 24-acre park encompasses a variety of themed gardens with a diversity of plants from all corners of the world, including Japan, China, and South Africa. The Denver Botanic Gardens is perfect for a springtime or fall engagement. With urban structures and appealing florals, the botanical gardens has an immaculate mix of metropolitan and rustic vibes.
Union Station

Union Station is a 100-year old historic landmark in the heart of downtown Denver with an undeniable cinematic quality. For a retro engagement that looks like it came out of a romantic, Hollywood film, be sure to check out Denver’s famous train station. The vintage train station boasts an array of restaurants with award winning chefs and Colorado curated shops. The Great Hall in Union Station pays homage to a pioneer spirit with a modern twist. Be sure to toast to your engagement at Terminal Bar!
Oxford Hotel/Dairy Block

Located in Lower Downtown Denver, near Union Station, The Oxford Hotel is a classic setting with an urban ambiance. As Denver’s oldest running hotel, The Oxford Hotel provides a historical and elegant feel to your engagement. A five minute walk to 1800 Wazee Street will lead to Denver’s Dairy Block, an artful destination.
